Weird windows problem

I'm getting a really weird problem on some versions of windows.

I have managed to compile and use wx widgets with mingw and eclipse on 3 
machines. However on two other machines my project fails to compile.
All machines are running windows XP, all installed in the exact same 
way. The error is wx/wx.h: No such file or directory. Yet all of the 
includes are set exactly
the same as on the other machines. Its really strange.

Has anyone experienced this behaviour moving from machine to machine ?

Whats weirder is that if I stay in msys terminal I can compile up the 
wxsamples and run them no problem at all.
So something is going astray between msys and eclipse. I've been playing 
with it all week and cant spot it.
