wxWidget 2.8.4 on Vista

[Xu, Ming (NIH/NLM/NCBI) [F]]

Sounds wired, wxMessageBox didn't pop up unless 
The icon id had been specified on Vista for an
Exe built on WinXP.
 
Does wxWidget 2.8.4 has Vista build ?
