samples\access has no header files

Hi All.  I went through the samples subfolders and found no access.h file in 
the access subfolder.  Also, when i tried to compile it, it compiled, but 
when run, it gave a message that the build must include "using accessibility 
test"  Every other samples folder has a header file in it.  O, I forgot to 
mention that the samples were based on the microsoft win32 vc8 build.
