multiple frames - 2nd behaves as dialog of 1st

Harry, I understand your reaction, but please keep cool. It happened 
once or twice that nobody answered my questions on this list, and I 
considered that the question was too fuzzy, or that people were too busy.
At first I didn't want to make a small program to reproduce the pb, 
because I didn't have time. But when I made the effort of doing it, as 
Vadim suggested, this effort was useful, because 3 cases can happen :


- while creating the sample, it happened that I found the solution :) alone

- didn't find any solution, so submited the sample, and THEN people 
could help me quite immediatly

- cannot reproduce : then this is a real difficult problem

this is only my suggestion. don't forget that all wx world is free of 
charge, while really operational and reliable.
