To fix a compile time bug in version 1.8.0 when using the gcc compiler I 
have released version 1.8.1 of wxSQLite3 today.

Version 1.8.1 fixes a bug in wxSQLite3Database::Close (resetting flag 
m_isEncrypted), eliminates several compile time warnings (regarding 
unused parameters) and fixes a compile time bug in 
wxSQLite3Database::GetBlob (missing explicit type cast).
