Hi

sorry, I only posted this to wx-dev first, so here it is again for wx-user:

I'm quite determined to increase minimum system for trunk to 10.4, by 
the time 3.0 gets out, Leopard should be quite stable, 10.4 has better 
CoreGraphics support (also invert) so I'll also remove as much of 
Quickdraw as possible, and we can use gcc 4 for everything. I really 
have to reduce codelines ...
