[msw 2.8.6] how to build wxwidgets with wxODBC & wxDBGrid support

i am using mingw on winXP , compiling wxwidgets in command prompt ,
mingw32-make ...

i have tried to edit the setup.h and recompiled , however, the ODBC
library still does not appear.
