If you mean Linux Standard Base than yes, it works. wxWidgets builds and 
works on all LSB distributions I tried without any problems.

If you're looking into LSB compliance regarding final applications that 
use wxWidgets, starting here might be good:

I don't think wx breaks any of those rules.


Although, LSB might be a little bit outdated in some areas. For example, 
it says to use RPM for all packages, which is obviously RedHat/SuSE 
oriented. It's simply because it was written before existence of Ubuntu, 
popularity of Debian and wide spread use of apt-get and .deb packages.
