 Only that some over eager firewall at your site blocks access (i.e. that
you should ask your system administrator to allow it). Try "telnet
cvs.wxwidgets.org 2401" to be sure but the above message leaves little
doubt IMHO.

 If the worst comes to worst, you can always grab the updated files from
http://cvs.wxwidgets.org/ (you'll need at least configure and Makefile) but
this is much less convenient than using cvs, of course.
