2.8.3 not compiling on IRIX... strtoull issue?

 The commands are correct but the CVS root (the "-d" option value) is not,
it must be anoncvs at cvs.wxwidgets.org:/pack/cvsroots/wxwidgets, we don't use
SF cvs services.
