wxMGL-2.8.3.zip build fails:wx/univ/chkconf.h: No such file or directory

Hi! I downloaded wxMGL-2.8.3.zip and build follow theinstall-mgl.txt
instructions, I build MGL+SNAP secessfully.
but the build fails when I build wx.

I build it use DJGPP2.03, gcc and gpp version is 4.12.
