msw 2.8.3, vista 64, a blinking wxToggleButton-derived button?

Hi All --

   I dont know if my manifest-file is not correct or i have to do something
with it that the wxToggleButon
used to look ok under xp-32; now blinks (or flashing) whenever a mouse
pointer enter or leave the button.
   i wonder if any one had such a problem ?

  if do, how do i solve this?

   i had tried a 32 bit version of the the same application, (with the old
nt style manifest) and it does not blink
under the vista.
