MAC OSX wxMetafile and Clipboard problem

Howdy,

The attached simple metafile sample works with wxMac 2.8.3.  It does not
work with wxMac 2.6.3.  However there is one error in the wxWidgets code
in src/mac/carbon/metafile.cpp there is an ASSERT error where the logic
in the code is backwards (line 218). Fix that error and recompile
wxWidgets and it will work without the ASSERT error or you can just
continue through the ASSERT error when it comes up.
