2.8.3 - is wxMSW.exe distrib different from wxAll?

Hi all!

Tried to compile wxMSW port from wxAll download archive using VS2003  -
almost made it, with some arcane error (not important - see later). But
samples projects failed even to load into IDE. wxGTK part worked absolutely
fine.

Downloaded just wxMSW  .exe installer and everything compiled and worked
just perfectly.
Apparently problem is that wxAll distribution has samples/*.dsp files in
unix text format instead of DOS CR/LF one.
