menu alignment [wasRe: wxWidgets 2.8.2 RC1]

thanks, i have just built the menu sample on 2.8 branch to look at the 
seriousness of this.

I see a misalignment of the File menu with bitmap with VC and DMC 
compilers, but not with watcom
