printing sample

Is there a sample for printing to different pagesizes incl. Preview (and
change of Preview when size is changed).

I have to (re-)implement one I wrote some years ago and I'm struggling
with different wxPrint... classes and its methods. Maybe they changed
their behaviour maybe not. But having a look at a more straight-forward
solution would give me some hints.
