[MacOS10.4.9, wxMac2.8.4] "no rule...needed by" error

OK, I wasn't using all that (nor do I want to - I don't want
--enable-unicode nor --disable-shared for this particular build, and
I've been told locally that I probably don't want --with-opengl). I'll
try ../configure --with-mac (which I wasn't using) --enable-threads
--enable-shared and report back. Thanks!
