 It should be possible to compile the last release of M with 2.8.4 without
too much trouble (in particular, you can just remove wxHIDE_READONLY).
Normally I'd advise you to use the current svn but I'm changing it right
now to make it compatible with the wx cvs HEAD so it's probably not a good
idea. If you have more questions about M, mahogany-developers mailing list
is probably a better place to discuss them.

 Not using wx-config but you should be able to update the links manually.
