 You shouldn't judge a compiler just by the quality of the code it
generates. The best compiler from this point of view is almost surely Intel
one but almost nobody uses it for daily development because its compilation
speed is too slow. And Borland compiles much faster than MSVC which is much
more important during development.

 Also, you still failed to supply any arguments for your strange statement
about the compatibility problems which looked a lot like FUD. I'm a MSVC
user myself BTW but your vehemence in attacking Borland still seems quite
unwarranted to me. IMHO the choice is good and you shouldn't try to
dissuade people from trying something different even if you dislike it
yourself.
