Minimize , Maximize button in wxMDIChildFrame

Hi all,
I develop with wxwidgets 2.6.3. My problem is related to the minimize and
maximize button of a wxMDIChildFrame that is maximized inside
the parent. How can disable or hide  those buttons? I've tried several style
flag , but I can't obtain any result.
