 I don't have any ideas and I believe that Stefan has some troubles with
reading/posting to the list (maybe you could try writing to him directly to
check if he saw your posts). But generally speaking when I see words
"obviously a bug" followed by "should I fix it?" my naive answer would be
"yes, please" :-)
