Hi,

I would like to know whether a window loses focus to another window.
This is a bit different then getting a "deactivate" event, since
activeness is only relevant to main windows. Tool windows have no active
state and never get he activate/deactivate events.

However, all windows get the window focus events. 
I would like to add handlers for the Carbon window focus events, but I'm
not sure what to do in these handles.
Can someone help please?
