wxMac: The dot in the red circle in document windows

I think this is a bit over-complicated. This is standard Mac feature, 
so I'd say it should be supported as wxFrame (doesn't make much sense 
for wxDialog, so why wxTLW?) method. It could be implemented on other 
platforms as well, using the commonly used "*" marker for example.
