wxMac: The dot in the red circle in document windows

Not really. Methods in wxTopLevelWindow which only work on Mac are good
enough for me. Should I submit a patch, or are you going to do it?

there are two related attributes with a document that should be
supported, and the question really is where to put them in the
hierarchy, one is the modified dot, the other one is the filepath of the
document, allowing things like document drag/drop and folder path popup
when command-clicking on the window title.

any preferences ?
