[wxGTK2.8.0, SuSE10.2, gcc4.1.2] PostScript resolution

Hi,

I would like to create high resolution PostScript files. In the previous 
versions the SetPrinterScaleX() and SetPrinterScaleY() functions were called, 
but these are missing now, and the SetQuality() function still not working.
How can the resolution be set?
