Are there any encryption / secure sockets?

I was browsing through the documentation looking for some way to encrypt th=
e data sent through a wxSocketBase.
I did not find one, is there one?

Or does anyone else know of some cross-platform license-friendly library?
With license friendly I mean I want to use it in commercial software.
