Internationalization, converting Command Line Parser

Hi,
I am implemented my program to internationalization.
But command line interface help strings not converted.

Do you know how can I convert with wxLocale ?
Or is it possible?

I want convert help strings with localization in comman line help. Main
GUI program working proper with localization but Command Line Interface.

and one more question. Is there any way to link .mo file to program? Is
it possible?
I want one exe and no external files near of it.
