Unicode Filename Drag'n'Drop Problem

Hi Vadim,
This problem is reproductible in dnd sample and dialogs sample.
in 'dnd' sample reads file name as "filename" (a with ^)
in 'dialog' sample file open reads file name as "filen\340me"
