ANN: Code Snippets for wx

Looks good Guru!

One thing I do miss is explanation how to use a specific snippet. This
could be fixed either when users comment their code snippet with tips
and info before the snippet, or introduce another section (searchable
perhaps ?) that can be filled in and serve as a guide how to use a
snippet.
