Need layout help

MY problem is, that wxscrolledwindow grows in horizontal
direction as soon as the scrollbar appears (because the
height of the window is smaller than the content elements
of the scrolledwindow). There is no need to grow for the
virtualsize of the wxscrolledwindow, but it consumes
more and more horizontal room - even if i make the column
of the flexsizer nongrowable!
