auto delete profile after logoff

I worked for a place that utilized software known as DeepFreeze by a
company named Faronics.  That software would be installed onto
public-access machines and it would reverse ALL changes made to the
machine every time the machine was rebooted.  Of course there was a
maintenance mode that would allow an administrator to perform updates
and software installs on the machine.  I'm sure there are other
products as well and it might be possible to write your own, but I
don't know how to do it.
