wxFlatNotebook bugs

is anyone maintaining wxFlatNotebook?

I noticed a bug which seems to manifest if you have two instances of 
wxFlatNotebook.
under GTK, if you make 2 of them, the first one's SetGradientColorXxx 
calls don't "take".  Also regardless of instances, 
SetNonActiveTabeTextColor doesn't work.  Both of these with the 
wonderful (really!) VC8 style.  Oh and SetAllPagesShapeAngle doesn't 
work either.
