[wxMac] wxTreebook results in overlapping windows

 So either a wxEVT_SIZE expected by the control isn't sent under wxMac or
it is sent but something goes wrong in wxBookCtrlBase::DoSize() when it is
handled for the first time (but not the next one). Unfortunately I still
can't say anything more without actually debugging this...
