A free DialogBlocks equivalent?

DialogBlocks is my favorite. I owned a license for wxDesigner too but didn't 
like it.

I tried wxFormBuilder recently and was impressed, although I still prefer 
DialogBlocks by a wide margin. I actually recommend it.
