A free DialogBlocks equivalent?

As always, I recommend wxDev-C++ (http://wxdsgn.sf.net), not least because I
am one of the developers. I consider it an excellent gui designer for
working under windows, and there has been some sucess working under wine for
Linux,

It's free, is constantly being developed and if nothing  else, worth a look.
