A free DialogBlocks equivalent?

I can't remember precisely, but I wasn't impressed with wxDesigner. Wish
I could be more specific, but it's been awhile since I've tried the GUI
builder tools. DialogBlocks is great. The wxWidgets book comes with an
older version of DialogBlocks. I would get that if you are on a small
budget.
I thought wxFormBuilder was great. But I didn't see any real benefit to
switching from DialogBlocks, and I'm already familiar with DialogBlocks.
If you're poor, just learn wxFormBuilder. It as good as DialogBlocks in
my opinion.
