To whoever maintains the WX docs, please note (and maybe fix?)
that wxArtProvider::GetSizeHint() doesn't appear in the list
of methods at the top of
  http://wxwidgets.org/manuals/stable/wx_wxartprovider.html

Is *is* documented down on the page - It's just not apparent...
