Print Preview Fails in Mac OS X 10.5

I'm having problems with wxPrintPreview under OS X 10.5. When I start  
the print preview, I get a dialog that says "Could not start document  
preview." This seems to be happening in both 2.8.6 and 2.8.7. I don't  
have a machine with OS X 10.4 to see if it is happening there.

I know for sure that this was working on 10.4, the code hasn't changed.

You can download the source code here from http://www.xivesoftware.com/Projects/MathPageGen2/Downloads/index.php 
  to test it out. An XCode project file is included and should work  
with a few config changes (need to point it to your wx include dir,  
etc).
