wxSimpleHtmlList not rendering in win32

Right the sample works, but it uses wxHtmlListBox and not
wxSimpleHtmlList... and I couldn't find a sample that does. Still my
code doesn't decorate, perhaps I should derive from wxHtmlListBox, but
I would be providing the same functionality as wxSimpleHtmlList.
(again the wheel =P)

I will try to look at the sources of wxSimpleHtmlList and see if I can
catch something...
