Main changes from previous version:
- Added support for gdb debugger (based on plugin)
  + Toolbar
  + Full functional gdb shell!
  + Keyboard hotkeys (Hotkeys are by default set to VS hotkeys)

- Added VS importer (for vcproj & sln files, VS8 & VS7), the
following are imported:
  + Preprocessors
  + Output file name
  + IntermediateDirectory
  + Virtual directories

- Added 'custom build' option to allow build projects with your own
makefiles/commands
- Added support for resource compiler in the build system
- Improved CC - wx & stl symbol database are included (you can create your
own databases using the IDE wizard)
- wx-config tool for windows is now included
- Added template projects for wx-dll/wx-archive
