PocketPC port status?

Hello,

I might soon need to develop ad application for:

Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC

operating system, and I have few questions:

Does wxWidgets work on it (and to what extent)? Beside some simple stuff 
like text entry boxes and buttons, I'd probably need to use wxHTTP (or 
wxSocket directly). If wxHTTP supported?

Also, which compilers are supported for PocketPC?
