I run Linux so I can't test with Internet Explorer, but I don't see any 
toolbar with Mozilla 1.7.8, Firefox 1.0.7 or Konqueror 3.4.2. I guess 
that cross-platform software should have cross-platform website as well.

I do see the toolbar in Opera 8.51, so that solves the problem for me.
