[ANN] LiteEditor - Yet another C/C++ (wannabe) IDE

Hi,

mm, I thought that the toolbar at top of every page is enough.. can you
elaborate on this?

For the library itslef, "CodeLite" - I can release it under wxWidgets
license, for the editor - I need to think of it.
