wxID_PRINT_SETUP and wxID_PAGE_SETUP doesn't work in doodle example

Hi

I bought the book "cross-platform gui programming with wxWidgets" and
entered the doodle example ... thats right I entered it from scratch instead
of copying the cd code ... as an exercise to learn the framework.  Anyway, I
got everything working EXCEPT wxID_PRINT_SETUP in doc/view.  I tried
changing it to wxID_PAGE_SETUP but that didn't work either.  The menu item
remains "on" under the File menu but it doesn't call up the dialog.  Can
anyone make a suggestion ... is this "supposed" to work or is there a bug?
