I do. It has been for last 5+ years I'm using it and doesn't show any 
signs of fading away. Quite contrary, it adds support for new stuff 
(support for XP, then Vista, for Gtk2 new features, for MacOSX). From my 
POV, wx is getting better every day, and surely keeps up with the time. 
Some of my fellow programmers were quite amazed by the look of my new 
program (http://www.guacosoft.com/attic) - they thought it was written 
in .Net as it looks really 'modern' on Windows XP. I'm not a Windows 
user myself to judge that, but wx apps. really look and feel native and 
each platform, and best of all, it's completely free (both as in beer 
and as in freedom).

IMO, if you're into x-platform apps. wxWidgets is the best choice.
