client - server question - multiple connections on differents ports

Hi wx users.
This is not a wx questio...:-( but I need help.
How can I do a  program client-server where a client make x (with x > 100)
connections to the server (only 1 client with multiple connections to the
same server) differents ports?
And for each connection send a simple string as "hello" or "12345" or
something similar.
Unfortunately I don't have experience in network programming.
