msw Dialog.cpp no longer has the OnOk, OnApply, OnCancel, etc. I see these in the univ/dialog.cpp tho. What are users of msw/dialog.cpp to use? :-) We have a bunch of code that calls OnOk and such. What should we be calling instead?
