New wx app: wxCommander

I will try it again. Usually I have one older Windows and or Linux machines 
for experiments - currently only a W98SE and a not so very new Debian.

Maybe, not all list members are interested. You could reach me off-list by

Another question, which you possibly like to answer. How large is 
wxCommander (wc result.) And do you expect wxWidgets to be a solid platform 
for the next 10 years?
