New wx app: wxCommander

Moin Troels,

wxCommander is interesting and I am very interested in highly complex 
applications.

Unfortunately I stumbled over a bug almost immediately. I selected (for no 
special reason) drive C: and then clicked compress. Ok, it's not a good 
idea. But wxCommander should not crash.

I used wxCommander on an old W98 machine (I always do, just to be save.)
