New wx app: wxCommander

Hi all

I've cooked up a wx-app, hope you like it :)

I got acquainted with many aspects of wx (wxMSW) in the process, an 
interesting journey it has been!

As for using the wx prefix for a closed-source app...it proved 
impossible to resist.
(The prefix will make more sense when I get the wxGTK port going)

Special thanks to Brian Riis, for helping me take the crucial first 
wx-steps, and to Vadim Zeitlin, for his continuous stream of advise to 
us, here on this list (and naturally for an amazing effort overall).
